Trinbago Knight Riders get knocked out of the CPL 2022
Trinbago Knight Riders didn’t have the best of seasons. They managed to win only three games and lost six and finished at the bottom of the points table. Nothing went right for them in the CPL 2022 and would be disappointed on not making the playoffs for the first time in the tournament’s history.
Guyana Amazon Warriors, meanwhile, have sealed a berth in the playoffs. They turned the tables around in front of their home crowd and won three consecutive games to qualify for the knockout stages of the CPL 2022. Happy to contribute for the team. First two games didn’t do well. Today was the night for me. Our team attitude was superb. When we got 170, everyone believed we could win this. Gurbaz has been performing magnificently.

Fantastically well done by the boys. I don’t have enough words to express how great they were. Really really proud of them. Gurbaz came in and felt at home really. Back to back fifties – we can see he’s comfortable now.
