Match 6: Bengal Tigers vs Telugu Warriors
Telugu Warriors defeated Bengal Tigers by 8 wickets to take the lead in the CCL Points Table. Ashwin Babu and Akhil Akkineni made quick work of a 115-run target, crossing the line with 11 balls to spare. Previously, Jisshu Sengupta batted brilliantly for 83 runs to enable Bengal set a 115-run goal.
Match 7: Kerala Strikers vs Karnataka Bulldozers
Karnataka Bulldozers advanced in the Celebrity Cricket League with a crushing victory against Kerala Strikers. With only 83 runs to win, Karnataka’s openers made a good start, and the middle order comfortably finished the rest of the chase.
Match 8: Punjab De Sher vs Mumbai Heroes
Mumbai Heroes won their second game of the season by a comfortable 22-run margin over Punjab De Sher. Samir Kochhar and Madhav shone with the bat and the ball as Mumbai made their CCL 2023 debut. Punjab De Sher, led by Sonu Sood, suffered their second consecutive defeat.
