Fans will be able to apply for tickets online on FIFA.com/tickets on a first come first served basis and subject to availability. Individual Match Tickets, Team Specific Ticket Series (TSTs), and Accessibility Tickets will be offered during the First Come First Served Sales Period. Vaccine is mandatory for fans to visit stadium

Sales phases and ticket products
Sales phase 1:
First-Come, First-Served Sales Period – 28 September to 12 October 2021
During this sales period, which starts on 28 September at 11:00 CET / 12:00 Doha Time and ends on 12 October 2021 at 11:00 CET / 12:00 Doha Time, tickets will be allocated on a first come first served basis; therefore, we advise fans to place their order as soon as the sales period opens as high demand can be expected, and the most sought-after tickets are likely to sell out very quickly. Please note that during this sales period, all ticket purchases will be subject to availability and will be processed as a real-time transaction.
Throughout the First Come First Served sales period, the tickets will be available to fans who are Visa cardholders as well as to holders of all other accepted payment cards.
Sales phase 2:
Last-Minute Sales Phase – 2 November to 18 December 2021
The Last-Minute Sales Phase will be the last chance for all fans to purchase their tickets online (from a date to be defined up until the final matchday of the competition, tickets will also be made available over the counter at designated location(s) in Qatar).
Throughout the Last-Minute Sales Phase, all ticket purchases will be subject to availability and will be processed as a real-time transaction.
During the Last-Minute Sales Phase, tickets will be available to fans who are Visa cardholders as well as to holders of all other accepted payment cards.

Ticket Types for Arab Cup 2021
There are two types of tickets available for the First Come First Served sales period: Individual Match Tickets, offered in categories 1 to 4, and Team Specific Ticket Series, offered in categories 1 to 3.
- Individual Match Tickets (IMT): these are tickets for a specific match, which are available for all matches (match no. 1 to match no. 32). Individual Match Tickets will be available throughout all sales phases (subject to availability).
- Team Specific Ticket Series (TSTs): TSTs are ticket packages to follow the national team of your choice. A TST will not always comprise all matches played by the chosen national team, but only the number of matches comprised in the package you have purchased. This means that, depending on which TST you apply for, your TST may include between three matches (“TST3” comprising only the three group matches) and six matches (“TST6”, comprising all three group matches, a quarter-final, a semi-final and the final).
Ticket Categories
There are four ticket categories for the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™:
Individual Match Tickets are offered in categories 1 to 4. Team Specific Ticket Series are offered in categories 1 to 3.
- Category 1 is the highest priced and located in prime areas within the stadium
- Categories 2 and 3 are located outside of the category 1 area
- Category 4 is the most affordable category and is reserved exclusively for residents of Qatar as well as international customers once the over-the-counter sales are running at the FIFA Venue Ticketing Centre during the Last-Minute Sales Phase. Only individual match tickets are offered in category 4

Ticket issuance for all online purchases
All tickets purchased online on FIFA.com/tickets during the Random Selection Draw sales period, the First-Come, First-Served Sales Phase and the Last-Minute Sales Phase will be issued as mobile tickets on a date to be determined by FIFA Ticketing, on a dedicated FIFA Ticketing Mobile Application that will have to be downloaded regardless of whether you have purchased Individual Match Tickets, Team Specific Tickets Series or Accessibility Tickets. Please note that if you are a holder of tickets for several matches at the FIFA Arab Cup Qatar 2021™, tickets may be delivered to you at different times.
On the day of the match, you will have to present your mobile ticket and your Fan ID to access the stadium.
How do mobile tickets work?
To access mobile tickets, you and, if applicable, your guest(s) will be required to download the free FIFA Ticketing app onto a compatible device to access and securely store the tickets. You will be notified by the FIFA Ticketing Centre once the mobile tickets have been issued on the FIFA Ticketing Mobile Application. You must log in to the application with the email address registered in your ticketing account and follow the instructions provided by the FIFA Ticketing Centre on how to access the ticket and, where applicable, to assign a mobile ticket to a guest.

FAN ID:
All fans will be required to have an approved Fan ID application number to enter the State of Qatar and the stadiums. All fans will be required to collect the physical Fan ID smart card from the Fan ID Service Centre.
