SA-W vs BAN-W Preview: Truth be told, South Africa did look daunting in the early stages of the contest against the dominant Aussies in their last game. But that was before the Aussie spinners and medium pacers triggered a mid inning collapse from which Sune Luus’s team would never recover. 

But this time around, the powerful hosts would like to begin where they left from in their last game and bag it leaving nothing to chance. 

What’s more? Their top order seems in fine touch especially given the manic power with which Tazmin Brits was middling the ball in her last outing. 

The only concern, if at all, looks the batting form of Marizanne Kapp, who’s such a big match player and an undisputed great of the game. 

Apart from that Chloe Tryon, who has all the strokes in the book, has looked a touch scratchy with the bat. 

But if there was a game in which the Proteas would hope that all comes good, then it’s this must win encounter against Bangladesh. 

And fortunately for Sune Luus and her team, Bangladesh have quite simply struggled to come any good so far. 

And while one can’t take it for granted that Bangladesh won’t on this occasion, their chances of dominating a side that possesses more experience at the highest level, quite frankly, look paper thin.
