Chennai Tushar Deshpande was the pick of the bowlers, claiming four wickets as Hyderabad crumbled to 134 all out in 18.5 overs. This victory marked Hyderabad’s biggest defeat in IPL history by runs, surpassing their previous record of a 77-run loss against the same opponent, Chennai Super Kings, in 2013.

Besides the win, CSK iconic captain MS Dhoni reached a historic milestone, becoming the first player in IPL history to be a part of 150 wins. Dhoni, known for his cool demeanor and leadership on the field, has been an integral part of the Chennai and Pune teams’ success in the IPL series.

The list of players with the most IPL wins is now headed by MS Dhoni with 150 wins, followed by Ravindra Jadeja and Rohit Sharma, who have 133 wins each.

Adding to his remarkable achievement, Dhoni performance with the bat this season has also been noteworthy. In the seven innings he has played so far, Dhoni has scored an unbeaten 96 runs at an astonishing strike rate of 259.46. What’s more surprising is that he hasn’t been dismissed even once this season, maintaining an impeccable batting average.
