Virat Kohli Complete 7000 Runs in IPL History

Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) Super star batter Virat Kohli on Thursday became the first player to score 7000 runs in IPL History and also first person to score 7000 for a single IPL franchise.

Virat Kohli has been one of the most dominant and consistent batsmen in the Indian Premier League (IPL) since its inception in 2008. In May 2019, he became the first player to score 7000 runs in IPL history.

Kohli reached the milestone when he got to 12 at the Arun Jaitley Stadium against Delhi Capitals.

This feat was achieved over a period of 169 innings with an average of 38.16 and a strike rate of 130.41 which is remarkable by any standard.

His ability to adapt his game to different situations while maintaining high standards has been key to his success in this tournament, making him one of the greatest T20 batsmen of all time.
