IND vs AUS: Shubman Gill scores a century in the 4th Test on Day 3 of the series

IND vs AUS: Day 3 of the fourth test match between India and Australia, Shubman Gill scored his maiden Test century with a remarkable knock of 101* runs to reach triple figures. His innings was exceptional as it came in adverse conditions for the Indian batsmen and against one of the best bowling line-ups in the world.
Shubman Gill’s strokeful unbeaten hundred took India’s first innings to 180-1 with Swept up and over short fine to bring up a century at lunch on day three of the fourth test against Australia. Starting from overnight on 36-0, Gill and Pujara added another 38 runs for the first wicket.
Gill provided solidity to India’s innings giving them a positive start in their chase of 328 runs. With his technically sound batting skills, he demonstrated class on Australian soil, showcasing that age is just a number when it comes to form and talent.
The young opener executed his shots with aplomb and battled through nerve-wracking moments when spinners Pat Cummins, Mitchell Starc and Nathan Lyon were in full flow on Day 3 morning.
