King Kohli is Back: Former Indian captain Virat Kohli made everyone witness the best T20 innings of all time against Pakistan on Sunday. This match was played in Melbourne Cricket Ground. Virat Kohli after alot of criticism, disappoint and failure once again bounced back strongly and pulled off a thriller at MCG.

Playing against Pakistan in T20 World Cup match, that too infront of 90000+ cricket fans, one can easily imagine the pressure. India lost both the openers cheaply and then arrived the Chasemaster Virat Kohli. India lost 4 wickets for just 31 runs and the target of 160 which looked low turned out to be tough task.

1.4 billion people were waiting for Virat Kohli’s heroics. India 4 down made Indian cricket fans remember the humiliating loss against Pakistan in the last T20 World Cup and they were not ready to take another one. At the end of 10 overs, Indian team scored only 45 runs. 115 were required in next 60 balls and all the eyes were set on Virat Kohli. On the fourth ball of 12th over, bowled by Mohammad Nawaz, Virat went ahead and scored a maximum over long on.

Once the King starts, he doesn’t stops. In the 13th over, he scored a four on Afridi’s ball. In the 15th over by Naseem Shah. Virat Kohli came down the short leg and beautifully directed the ball for boundary at short fine leg. Virat completed his fifty by a four on Afridi’s first ball in the 18th over. He then hit two more boundaries off him.

Now came the 19th over and the run rate was going out of control continuosly. Virat Kohli hit two consecutive sixes off the Haris Rauf’s over. The finisher which Indian fans were looking for after the departure of MS Dhoni was seen in Virat Kohli. The fourth ball of the final over, Nawaz bowled a no ball (height) and in response Virat hit a six over the deep square leg.

Ashwin scored a four on the last ball to help India win the match and the whole world now understood that India is never out of the game till the chasemaster Virat Kohli is present on the pitch. After winning 59th man of the match award, the innocent smile on his face is melting every heart. King Kohli is Back!
