Delhi Capitals Unveil Stylish New Jersey Ahead of WPL 2024: In anticipation of the upcoming Women’s Premier League (WPL) 2024, the Delhi Capitals have unveiled their brand-new jersey. The Capitals, who narrowly missed clinching the title in the inaugural WPL, are gearing up to kick off their campaign in a highly anticipated rematch against the Mumbai Indians.

The latest jersey for the Delhi Capitals women’s team features the distinctive half-red, half-blue design that was previously showcased by the franchise’s male players in the 2022 edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL). The team has once again embraced this striking color combination, maintaining continuity in their visual identity.

Adding to the excitement, the Delhi Capitals women’s team has secured a partnership with renowned sports apparel brand PUMA for their new kit. The collaboration brings a fresh and dynamic look to the team’s attire, aligning it with the 2023 IPL jersey worn by their male counterparts.

The jersey design showcases a vibrant fusion of colors, with red accents on the sleeves and sides of the shirt, complemented by a bold blue on the front, back, and pants. The principal sponsor, DP World, takes a prominent position on the jersey, while PUMA is prominently featured on the sleeves.

In a significant development, PUMA has committed to a multi-year partnership with the Delhi Capitals for both the IPL and the WPL. This collaboration not only enhances the team’s aesthetics but also underlines the brand’s commitment to supporting women’s cricket at the highest level.

The Capitals will kick off the tournament against the defending champions in what will be a repeat of the 2023 final at Bengaluru’s M Chinnaswamy Stadium on Friday, February 23. The first 11 games will take place in Garden City followed by the remaining 11 including the eliminator and the final in Delhi.
